The signing of an agreement between the port of Friendship of Nouakchott, the National Agency of Ports of Morocco, and Escola Europea.
The MEDports Association is proud to announce the signing of a strategic agreement today in Nouakchott, a milestone in the cooperation and strengthening of maritime transport and logistics relations between Europe and Africa.
In a ceremony filled with symbolism, Mr. Sidi Mohamed Maham, on behalf of the Port of Friendship of Nouakchott, Mr. Abdelatif Lhouaoui representing the Agence Nationale des Ports of Morocco, and Mr. Eduard Rodés, Director of the Escola Europea - Intermodal Transport, have joined forces through a tripartite agreement. This pact will serve as a catalyst for the enhancement of international trade training, logistics and port operations, education, and management in the region, aligning its actions with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals.
The project, known as "Mare Nostrum Atlantique", highlights the importance of quality education, the creation of decent jobs, and the promotion of sustainable economic development. Professional training in logistics and international trade will be prioritized, and the active exchange of knowledge and best practices among port communities will be vigorously promoted.
The signing of this agreement has been further strengthened by the presence and participation of Mr. Jordi Torrent, Secretary-General of the MEDports Association. His intervention served to underscore the significance of three members of the association committing to a collaborative protocol, undoubtedly setting a precedent for joint commitment to excellence and innovation in the provision of port and logistics services.
This agreement represents a significant advancement towards more robust and effective collaboration between the parties, with the common goal of driving economic development and environmental sustainability in their respective regions.

استقبل ميناء نواكشوط المستقل – ميناء الصداقة ،اليوم، وفدًا من سلطنة عُمان في زيارة تهدف إلى تعزيز علاقات التعاون بين الجمهورية الإسلامية الموريتانية وسلطنة عُمان في مجالات النقل البحري والخدمات اللوجستية.وجرت الزيارة بحضور المدير العام للشركة الموريتانية للمنتجات الحيوانية، حيث رافق الوفد العُماني في جولة ميدانية شملت مختلف منشآت الميناء، واطّلع من خلالها على الإجراءات المعتمدة في التصدير وعمليات الشحن والخدمات اللوجستية.
وقد قدم مسؤولو الميناء شروحات مفصلة حول البنية التحتية للميناء، وآليات العمل، والخدمات المقدمة، وأجابوا على مختلف استفسارات الوفد.
الزيارة جرت في ظروف جيدة، وشكلت فرصة لتعميق التفاهم وبحث آفاق التعاون المشترك، خاصة في مجال تبادل الخبرات وتطوير شبكات التصدير.
أدت بعثة من ديوان المحاسبة الليبي ،صباح اليوم السبت زيارة لميناء نواكشوط المستقل (ميناء الصداقة).وتأتي هذه الزيارة للاطلاع عن قرب على القدرة الاستيعابية للميناء وطرق تشغيله.وقد تلقى الوفد الليبي شروحا تفصيلية من لدن القائمين على الميناء خلال الجولة التي قاموا بها داخل أروقته.
و يتكون وفد ديوان المحاسبة الليبي من : رئيس ديوان المحاسبة الليبي الاستاذ خالد أحمد شكشك والاستاذ أسامة سالم النسر ، مدير مكتب رئيس الديوان و الاستاذ عبد الباسط رمضان جبوع ؛ بالاضافة للسفير الليبي في نواكشوط السيد سهيل محمد التريكي.
وقد رافق الوفد الليبي خلال هذه الزيارة وفد موريتاني ضم كل من : رئيس محكمة الحسابات السيد حميد أحمد طالب ؛ و السيد صمب ولد سالم مستشار رئيس المحكمة ، و عبد الله السالم ولد زين مستشار رئيس محكمة الحسابات و أحمد بداد رئيس غرفة المالية العامة ؛ بالإضافة إلى مفوض الحكومة لدى محكمة الحسابات السيد محمد ولد التجاني ، واللا محمد عمر الامين العام لمحكمة الحسابات .
و تأتي زيارة الوفد الليبي لميناء الصداقة بعد زيارة عمل قام بها لمحكمة الحسابات خلال الفترة من من 1 يناير الى غاية 3 يناير 2026
بمناسبة حلول السنة الجديدة 2026، يسرّني، باسم الإدارة العامة لميناء نواكشوط المستقل المعروف بميناء الصداقة، أن أتقدّم بأصدق التهاني وأطيب التمنيات إلى كافة العاملين، والشركاء، وإلى جميع مكوّنات الأسرة المينائية.
وإذ نحمد الله تعالى على ما تحقق من إنجازات خلال السنة المنصرمة، والتي ما كانت لتتحقق لولا الجهود المبذولة، والصبر، وروح الالتزام والمسؤولية التي تحلّى بها عمال وموظفو الميناء، إلى جانب التعاون البنّاء مع كافة الفاعلين في المنظومة المينائية، فإننا نعي تمامًا حجم المسؤولية الملقاة على عاتقنا. .
ويظلّ ميناء نواكشوط المستقل المعروف بميناء الصداقة ملتزمًا بأداء مهامه في خدمة الاقتصاد الوطني بكل كفاءة ونزاهة، تنفيذًا للتعليمات السامية لفخامة رئيس الجمهورية، السيد محمد ولد الشيخ الغزواني، الداعية إلى ترسيخ مبادئ الحكامة الرشيدة، وتعزيز الشفافية، وتحديث المرافق العمومية، ودعم التنمية الاقتصادية المستدامة، وانسجامًا مع توجيهات معالي الوزير الأول الرامية إلى تكريس ثقافة العمل الجاد، والرفع من مستوى الأداء، وتحسين جودة الخدمات العمومية، بما يستجيب لتطلعات المواطنين والفاعلين الاقتصاديين.
وإننا نثمّن عاليًا الدور المحوري الذي يضطلع به الشركاء الاقتصاديون، وكافة المتدخلين في النشاط المينائي، كما نوجّه تحية تقدير واعتزاز إلى جميع عمال وموظفي الميناء، الذين يشكّلون العمود الفقري لهذا المرفق الاستراتيجي، وإلى كل أفراد الأسرة المينائية الذين يساهمون يوميًا في ضمان استمرارية العمل وسلامته.ونسأل الله عزّ وجلّ أن تكون سنة 2026 سنة خير واستقرار وتقدّم، وأن يوفقنا جميعًا لمواصلة العمل بروح الفريق الواحد، وبعزم وثقة، من أجل ميناء عصري، فعّال ومستدام، في خدمة تنمية وطننا العزيز.
