The Minister of Equipment and Transport conducts an inspection and checking visiting to the independent port of Nouakchott

Within the framework of the inspection and inspection visits organized by His Excellency the Minister of Equipment and Transport, Mr. Mohamed Ali Ould Sid Mohamed, to the institutions affiliated with his sector, His Excellency performed this morning, Thursday, 07/27/2023, an inspection and inspection visit to the independent port of Nouakchott.
He was received by His Excellency the Director General of the port, Mr. Sayed Mohamed Ould Mohamed, and the Director The Assistant General, Mr. Muhammad Mahmoud Al-Mustafa, and senior officials in the institution, and after the reception ceremony, a welcoming meeting was organized for the Minister, during which a documentary film was shown introducing the port and the prominent role it plays in pushing the wheel of development as the main maritime gateway to the country.
After this meeting, His Excellency the Minister, accompanied by the General Director of the port and his senior assistants, organized a field visit to the docks and facilities affiliated with the port. There, His Excellency listened to the interventions and explanations provided by those responsible for these facilities, where he expressed his full thanks to the port’s management and its workers, stressing in the end his sector’s readiness to provide all facilities to solve the various problems and obstacles wich are proposed.
